just a couple of rare behind the scenes pictures of the masks of Leatherface from “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre”.
I do believe each of them have been signed by Rob Burns, who was the Art Director for Texas. I can’t be too sure, though.
Rob worked on various other horror-films such as Re-Animator, 1985 and The Hills Have Eyes, 1977.
Kirsty and Chatterer
I really just loved her face throughout the whole film, and I reluctantly came to the conclusion that this was her best shot.
We’ll tear your soul apart!
a simplified yet raw depiction of rape in a 1978 film.
I personally hate how critics bash this film for the ‘excessively long rape scenes’… the movie is set to have male audiences identify with the female character. With that being said, the scenes are long and dialogue-less because that’s how it is in real life. Why would anyone want to sugar coat violence against women? Or should I say, why would any critic judge the lack there of?
Simple and raw. A film to be reckoned with.
